My Path
To Free-dom
It began with a “yes” — a life changing one.
I was 15 when a friend invited me to a yoga class. At the time, I didn’t even feel worthy of happiness… but something in me showed up. That was the beginning. Since then — and now in my 30s — embodiment practices have been my evolution through life, love, loss, initiations, and inner fire.Over the years, I have immersed myself in Yoga, Reiki Healing, Sound Healing Therapy, and Thai Massage—each unlocking new dimensions of connection between body, mind, and spirit. These modalities became my teachers: Yoga cracked me open and taught me flow and ease. Sound showed me how to listen and reshape landscapes and shift dimensions. Reiki reminded me of energy’s sacred intelligence and the connection we all have with the Sacred Source. Thai Massage reconnected my heart to my hands. I kept saying yes.What I offer is never just a session — it’s a space of presence and honest connection. I work intuitively, beyond rigid systems or scripts. I attune to the energy of the moment. I let space and energy speak. I trust what wants to move, release, awaken; for my expertise and knowledge can become a tool tailored to the moment at hand.My mission is to walk with those in transition—stepping beyond systems, remembering there’s more to life than performance, and those ready to live with spirit, rooted in the body, not floating above.We are all crossing bridges. Think outside the bowl. This immersive Sound Healing Training explores voice, silence, rhythm, and frequency as portals for transformation. Learn how to work with sound for real-time energy shifts—whether in ceremony, private sessions, or everyday life. My interest is that you become the first instrument, and that your authentic delivery of a session speaks of the song your Soul sings.
Rooted in the elements (earth, water, fire, air) and using everyday instruments, each session becomes a personalized sound journey—designed to meet the unique energy and needs of the individual. Perfect for space holders and sensitive beings seeking to expand their tools for transformation.
For those in Kuta, Lombok, I offer private sound healing sessions—a chance to experience the profound and transformational effects of sound in an intimate, guided setting.

Where touch becomes sacred
This is not the rigid, forceful style of Thai massage often seen in tourist settings. My approach is rooted in osteopathy, yoga, physical therapy, blended with years of hands-on healing experience.
Each session is an intuitive dialogue—a healing touch that brings a deep sensitivity to each unique body. I offer a new paradigm of healing touch: one that listens, adapts, and empowers.
My intention is to harmonize mind/body/spirit for that sense of bliss. And if pain or injury is present, the session becomes a space of re-education, where you’ll receive personalized exercises to support your own healing journey.
In Lombok? I offer in-person Thai massage sessions as well as regular Thai Massage Workshops in Ashtari, a tranquil setting, guided by presence, intention, and care.
